How long does it take for a website to be completed?

The timescale of providing your website is generally dictated by you, the client. Factors such as receiving images/ text from the client are the most common delay in providing a website. If you have a deadline we will of course endeavour to meet this for you.

How do I provide you with images/text for my website?

The best way for clients to provide us with images / video and text is via dropbox (which can be downloaded for free HERE) alternatively website content can be sent via email to : platinumonewebdesign@me.com

I have specific requirements, will you still design my site?

Yes, of course! We endeavour to provide you with the website you envisage, therefore all requirements are taken into consideration and alterations made if needed. Alternatively if you have no specific ideas leave the designing to us, you won’t be disappointed!

Do I need to pay a deposit?

Yes, We request a 50% deposit on all projects to enable us to get the client up and running.(Deposits are non refundable once project is started)

Final payment is due upon completion of the project.

Payments can be made via Paypal, Bank Transfer or Personal Cheque.

Can my website have ECommerce?

I would like you to design my website, what do I need to do?

If you would like to become one of our clients all you need to do is email us your brief requirements along with your requested domain name. We will check the availability and get back to you within 24 hrs. Once we have discussed your initial specification we will request the deposit and then get designing your website. (please forward images/video/text promptly to avoid delay)
